Materials remain company property until full payment is received. Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full settlement unless stated otherwise.
Any confidential information shared during a project will be securely handled and not disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
BookMyWebsite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Revisions are limited to the scope defined in the project proposal. Additional modifications or ongoing support may incur extra charges.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. The client will be billed for all completed work up to the point of termination.
