Once a project is initiated and the discovery phase begins, initial deposits are non-refundable. This covers the immediate allocation of our specialized developers and designers to your project.
Payments made for specific milestones (e.g., UI/UX Approval, Beta Release) are final. Approval of a milestone signifies your satisfaction with the work delivered to that point.
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In such cases, the client is only responsible for paying for the billable hours or work completed up to the cancellation date.
Costs for third-party services such as Domain Registration, SSL Certificates, and Premium Hosting are 100% non-refundable as these are paid directly to external vendors.
We provide a 30-day bug-fix period post-launch. Technical issues arising from our development will be fixed free of charge, though this does not qualify for a service fee refund.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our accounts department. We aim to review and respond to all billing inquiries within 5-7 business days.
